Answer: We issue 17% VAT invoices for all sales orders, and provide ordinary invoices for personal orders.
2、Is invoice delivery prepaid by the shipper or freight collect?
Answer: All invoices are sent by the company with freight prepaid. If the incorrect invoicing information leads to secondary mailing, the mailing cost shall be borne by the buyer.
3、Can I get a discount for not invoicing?
Answer: You may not invoice, and notify the customer service or remark it when you fill out the order, but do not invoice does not enjoy any concessions.
4、How long can the invoice be issued?
Answer: All invoices are sent within 5 to 15 days after the order is completed. The courier number and other information will be sent to the email address bound to your account after sending.
5、Can the invoice mail address be filled separately?
Answer: Yes. Users enter the personal center – shipping address interface in turn, then select the billing address and fill out. If the user did not fill out the billing address before the platform invoicing or notify the customer service, the invoice will be sent by default to the shipping address of the order.
1、For orders not placed in the trading system ( customers contact with the company’s sales staff directly and will not complete the transaction in the system), please send your company’s invoicing information via QQ or email to the corresponding staff after the payment. The staff will complete the entire sales and invoicing process.
2、Customers who choose to trade in our trading system, please fill out the invoicing information below after the payment is completed. After receiving the invoicing information you submitted, we will invoice in time according to the information submitted.
